2. Product shelf life policy: is the classification by product type or product price?

Product quality problems caused by man-made damage, improper operation, and improper storage are not warrantable. There is no warranty for protective lenses. Other lenses are warranted for 1 month. Ordinary f-theta lenses (less than 500 US dollars) are warranted for 6 months. High-end f-theta lenses (more than 500 US dollars) are warranted for 12 months. The buyer pays the transportation costs of goods during the warranty period.
3. Product return policy: Classification by product type or product price?

Return and exchange policy: After receiving the goods, if you find that the product has quality problems, please get in touch with your sales representative within 5 working days, we will deal with it for you as soon as possible, and our company will bear the freight for the return and exchange caused by the quality problems. Returns and exchanges caused by non-quality problems apply to only products above 500 US dollars and support 30 days of return and exchange without affecting the premise of secondary sales. Please contact our sales representative within the validity period. In this case, the freight fee for the return is paid by the buyer.
4. What can be used as the payment method?

Currently, only telegraphic transfer is supported as the payment method.
5. What are the delivery methods and delivery fees?

For air freight, the price of the product is the Free On Board (FOB) price (excluding the cost from the port of China to the place of delivery). The actual freight price is charged by the courier company by the place of shipment, as well as the weight and volume of the goods. Our cooperative express includes SF International and FedEx. If your company has a cooperative courier company, we recommend sending the goods through your company's monthly account.
6. How long is the delivery time?

Delivery will take 2-7 working days after the arrival of ordinary products, and 30-50 working days for customized products.
7. How to select and customise products?

The Product page contains detailed information specific to each product, including its features and recommended usage settings. If you need additional guidance on product selection or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our sales representative via our Facebook account. They will be happy to provide you with a personalized product quotation and any relevant drawings.

Once you reach a certain Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), our company offers the option to customize products to better suit your laser equipment. This means we can tailor specifications, sizes, or other features to meet your specific needs. Please keep in mind that customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there are quality issues.
